Warning: Electronic Cigarettes are Contraband (Class D Offense)

Alert to Parents and Students:

The possession and/or use of electronic cigarettes is a contraband offense (Class D offense) in the Hawaii Administrative Rules (HAR) Title 8 Chapter 19 Student Misconduct. Consequently, a student in violation of this offense is subject to the disciplinary actions under the provisions of this chapter. A copy of Ch. 19 is available at the front office.
